Camille A. Brown & Dancers will host a one-night-only-benefit performance at midtown Manhattan’s Hudson Terrace (621 West 46th Street) on October 10th at 6 PM. The highlight of this special evening will be a tribute to legendary dancer and choreographer Carmen de Lavallade and Central Park Summerstage Dance Curator and former Alvin Ailey soloist Danielle Gee. Guests will also enjoy a networking reception, a silent auction, and a festive party with the dancers.
Company Founder and Artistic Director Camille A. Brown is thrilled about this year’s benefit and looks forward to “celebrating the work of two powerful, visionary women who have had such a profound impact on my own evolution as a dancer and choreographer. Carmen and Danni continue to inspire me, not only through their passion and creativity but also through their generosity, both to me personally and to countless others. I thought this event would be a great way to say thank you.”
Ticket prices start at $50 and include one complimentary drink and hors d’oeuvres. VIP tickets are $100 and include access to the VIP section and priority seating for the performance. To purchase tickets or to find out more information, please visit www.camilleabrown.eventbrite.com.
